Dalton Usery is the Southeast Regional Manager of Technical Services at McWane. A retired U.S. Air Force Staff Sergeant, he served six years on active duty as Program Manager for 5th Generation Fighter materials and structural inspection. He holds degrees from Florida State University and the Community College of the Air Force, specializing in metallurgical sciences and general biology. Dalton began his career with an apprenticeship at Nova Geotechnical Engineering, focusing on soil analysis and structural integrity. Most recently, he led the Quality Department at Anaco-Husky, where he managed regulatory compliance and process control. Dalton is married with four children and will soon be based in Tampa, Florida.
